Singapore Trip: Part 2 of Day 2

On my previous post I left you hanging on the platform going to Sentosa :) frustrating isn't it? And I would like to thank you all for waiting, so as a continuation of my previous post I have to cut my nonsense introduction now but before that click here and here for my day 1 and first part of my day 2 if you missed it. Alright?! let's start!

Resorts World Sentosa

I apologize if the next pictures has a bluish hue, the windows are tinted so bear with me.

Let me formally introduce to you every sweet tooth's heaven on earth and every diabetics enemy... (drooling mode starts now!)

CANDYLICIOUS

Just look at those trees! Yum yum!

I heard you like M & M's... They have it in every colors

M & M's for $6.00/100g

Jelly Belly in all flavors

Making a purchase! So glad there's a Filipina cashier there to assist us.

If you don't want your chocolates to melt and you're too lazy to carry your purchases while strolling around the park you can leave them at the store and just pick it up when your going home <-- what I did :P

Just to give you an idea how big the store is. Now imagine how many chocolates and candies inside.

I swear I won't buy anything inside Universal premises but damn that place makes me go gaga! I just can't help myself! :) My total purchase for two chocolates (Box of chunky Kitkat and Kinder Schoko Bon) is $27.

My real reason why I'm in Singapore in the first place....

UNIVERSAL STUDIO

The big globe of Universal Studio will greet you upon arrival. Of course as a tourist I won't miss this opportunity to take picture in every nook and corners of the park. :)

Thanks for ruining my picture Auntie! hmpf! grrr

One more time!
Purrrrfffect!

And another perfect shot.

Side of the Ticket Booth and me not wearing my shoes properly.

Now we have our ticket let's go inside.

Sorry, cameras not allowed inside.

Ending far far away post with my pic :)

WATER WORLD

I have no idea how this plane got there. It happened so fast I just blinked my eyes and then poof! like magic it's there :( so sad.

What's that? how can I missed that big? Well, there's too much explosion and fight scenes happening you don't know where to look first. It's overwhelming. I'm not an alien ok?, I only got a pair of eyes.

The main characters.
Do I have to tell you who's the villain and the hero?? It's pretty obvious isn't it.

I give this five thumbs up! I really enjoyed the show. Just a tip though if you don't want to get wet then don't seat at the front or else.

*******

Lost World

Me modeling some bottled water :)

Sad to say we weren't able to try the rides here, tempting as it seems we don't have spare clothes with us or anything that can protect us from getting wet. We saw people come and go and very wet so we chickened out hehe so NO! perhaps next time.

*******

Ancient Egypt

Waiting in a very long line. Good thing there's wifi!

My feet are killing me!

Finally! After waiting for like.. FOREVER!

There's nothing much to say about this other than it's NOT worth the wait! The ride is SO lame, well at least for us adults. Kids might enjoy this though, I think.

Okaaayyy moving on from a very disappointing ride.

One of the Army of Anubis

Oh no! he caught Kuya Eno.

Scorpion King and Anck-Su-Namun

Scorpion King told us to put our hands like that and so we did.

Scorpion King: "Your free". Oh thank God that guy is so intimidating.

Again we didn't dare to try Revenge of the Mummy ride, we're a bunch of scaredy-cat it's just too intense for us.  :D

*******

Sci-fi City

You've got to be kidding me! I'm not going to try this ride even if you pay me!

Me photobombing the view :)

~ Transformers ~

The Transformers,
More than meets the eye
Autobots wage their battle to destroy the evil forces of the Decepticons

Yeah!

Bumble Bee in Live Action! Uhm he may look like it but he's not a statue.

Evac!

Danwin sporting the 3D glasses.

My golly! BEST ride EVER!!!!!!! I give this 100 thumbs up to the nth power!!! The downside? has the longest line I've ever seen, you'll have to pass at least 5 rooms to be able to experience the ultimate 3D ride in Universal Studio BUT it's definitely WORTH the wait! A MUST TRY!!! No excuses! It's a requirement! Sorry no pics, cameras not allowed.

Let's grab some food!I'm starving

Mel's Drive-In

Time to eat!

Love the diner! It has a classic feel and they even have a jukebox.

Chili Dog with fries and an up-size soda = $12.50
Chili Dog $4.35
Soda $3.80

I take it back I'm not hungry anymore this food should be preserve and mount on the wall. There's nothing special about this hot dog but the fries, oh the fries just look at the cut of that fries it's big.

*******

Parade

Good thing we finished our food right on time or else we're going to miss this parade and that would be a bummer. The background song is catchy too! it's called Hollywood Dreams by Ian Habgood, just Google it.

Charlie Chaplin

Bride of Frankenstein

Beetle Juice

Prince Charming and Fairy Godmother

Excuse us while we camwhore at ...

New York

Time for outfit change and some rest GOSH! My feet is killing me literally!

I noticed that they like their fireworks synchronized with water and music. Must be a trend.

What the hell is wrong with my face?! I look like I'm gonna cry anytime soon.
